Error 645: Internal authentication error.

This is a tricky one to pin down as it seems to be a catch all error.

First check all the DUN settings, make sure that they are exactly as they should be. Delete any extra DUN connections that the user doesn't use. Make sure that IE and OE are using the same DUN connection.

Try deleting *.pwl

If none of these work then try reinstalling DUN
